Signed Credit Agreement sent to wrong address

in Credit cards
As you can see from the title of this thread, a copy of my credit agreement has been sent to an address that i have never lived at.
Rather worried about this !
I requested the agreement from Debenhams regarding a storecard that i had with them. I waited 4 weeks and it didn't arrive.Contacted them several times, found the call centre ( in delhi) to be hopeless. Eventually someone in customer complaints was able to tell me that it had been sent out to an address that i have never lived at. The address is a mixture of my new and old address ( they used new house number and old street name).
The address they sent it to, is not in the nicest of areas... maybe the people who received it will have just chucked it in the bin, but what if they haven't ?
The agreement eventually arrived yesterday.. shocked by how much infromation someone now has access to.
At the minute i feel like suing Debehams... i don't think they appreciate how distressed this has made... something i don't need as i have extremely high blood pressure (180/100).
i sent a strongly worded letter to their chief executive and to their data protection people. No reply as yet.
But don't know what if anything i should be doing now.
Any ideas.
thanks
