Help!

Hi, I am doing a full-time degree as of next year. I own my own house (for 3 years), am single and have no kids. Anyone any tips on how I can manage to pay my mortgage, bills and the rest whilst not earning a full-time wage? I will be working part-time. I have been advised that it CAN be done, I just find it hard to believe!! Any tips very gratefully received :D

Could you rent out a room to a fellow student, I believe you can do it tax free up to approx £4000 (I would double check that figure might be more might be less) but it'd help with the mortgage
