Part rent, part buy, first time buyers

The Government have just stated that first time buyers buying part buy part rent property can claim a grant of £1500 to help with fees etc. Can anyone tell me how and whom you have to apply to for this grant,

I had a quick google and it looks like it is soemthing the housing association you will use for your property assists you with.
My search brought up London based housing associations that listed this option.
I googled for
