    Guess what... telephoned to court and was presented with very interesting and more important helpful statistics that only 3 out of 10 people eventually get their money back. I know that there is a possibility for me being not succesful but i expected a bit more help from the people working in court help desk than ""sorry, but there is nothing we can do about it!!!" I am !!!!ed off and laughing at the same time

    How to trace the guy?- that is the main question. Any suggestions?

    That's why landlords' organisation recommend charging a deposit greater than 1 month's rent, to discourage people doing that.
