Hi I need to but 2 fridge freezers for a student house and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of where I should start looking. I need to buy two as there are 6 people in the house and one just wouldn't be enough.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.
Thanks

https://www.empiredirect.co.uk are very good for white goods. They have fast delvery and good service in my experience.
(although I live just a couple of miles from their distribution centre which might explain the fast delivery I've received from them).0 -
My local paper always has fridge freezers in the small ads........maybe worth a try.

Iceland the supermarket.
Most have section usually at the rear of the store where they sell freezers and fridges.
They are pretty good value.0 -

If you are close to Manchester or Warrington then try a place called Range Warehouse, they specialise in range cookers but also do loads of freezers and fridges that are slightly shop soiled or marked. If not in N/W then see if there is anything similar to where you are."And crawling on the planet's face,
Some insects called the human race,
Lost in time, and lost in space,
And meaning"0 -
hi glitter
if you go on https://www.appliances.co.uk they do price comparisons on all electrical goods and give direct links to the cheapest, incl. delivery charges. I've just used them for my fridge/freezer/washing m/c and they saved me a few hundred pounds over high street retailers
hope this helps

Also try https://www.freecycle.org and join your local group . There are always people giving away items as they want to rehome them rather than go to the dump and cause even more waste.
Great for giving away stuff too.0
