Hi everyone.....We got our tickets friday and just wondered what the parking is like...Do we have to pay or is there free parking there ?..
Also do you have to sit in the stands or are there grass verges as we have the children...?
We went to Donnington last year and they loved sitting on the grass to watch....Thanks:D

I contacted "World Series by Renault" directly and they said children under 16 don't need tickets. It would be nice to see it in writing on the tickets.

:j:j mine arrived this morning. First time I've been to Silverstone, any advice on best route (coming from hampshire) (avoid motorways?)..and info on car parking charges for the day
i've had a look online and can't find anything.
The quickest way will be M27 > M3 > A34 > M40 > A43. On race days they change the A43 so that all lanes are used to head towards to Silverstone then away afterwards (instead of the usual dual carriageway each way) so traffic will still be busy but not the usual car park that it can be.
