Have they stopped offering this with the Premier Direct Current Account?
I took out a Premier Direct a number of years ago when they gave worldwide, now its only European. My mate opened an account last week and it looks like they now only offer free insurance with their Premier Account and not the Premier Direct Account.
What I hope is they will continue to let me have my holiday insurance, based on the fact they no longer offer it to new customer they might axe it for existing, after all they already axed it from worldwide to European.

I wasn't happy with changing from worldwide to European only. This was a few years ago now.
I was even more annoyed when the person in front of me in the queue was offered world wide travel insurance 'for life' if they opened a new account. Wasn't this what i was offered? When i queried it they said it was for over 50s only.
Hopefully they won't withdraw it completely. Have had a quick look at HSBC as they are now offering worldwide. Not sure if there is a charge for the account though. (there is £50.00 cashback through quidco which makes it more attractive)0 -

Yup, £12.95 a month with a 12 month contract. £50 sweetens the pill somewhat0 -
Even when it was annual worldwide I still found it was cheaper to take out a new policy than upgrade it to a level of cover I found acceptable.I think....0
