Coleraine ???

My neice is going to uni at Coleraine and her mum and i are going up to settle her in etc in a few weeks?
she is staying at campus on Coleraine.Does anyone know where are the best shops to get all her bedding and kitchen stuff etc ? ( cheap and cheerful would do)
Also are there any B & B's in Coleraine or cheapish Hotels as we will prob stay for the night , or maybe go up the odd week-end ?

    To be honest you can get bedding and kitchen stuff anywhere. Tesco/Asda etc etc.

    I use the Coleraine Council website for finding places to stay. Its pretty good and I've never had any problems.

    Do they do Quilts and Pillows etc ? have never seem them in my local supermarket.Never been to Coleraine so we dont know whether to haul all up in the CLIO or try and get as much as poss when we get there.Also we're on a tight budget so just trying to watch our pennies.thanks

    I work in tesco and we are selling quilts for under £15 I think. I've noticed cheap plates, mugs etc too!

    Coleraine has plenty of shops so you will be able to get everything you need. Although my advice would be to get as much as possible first, so that you know what exactly you have left to get.

    If your not sure about what all to buy, take a trip to the Student Board.

    There is a TK Maxx in Coleraine could be good for some items. Tesco and Safeway are also in the town, good for homewares.


    Other advice is contact the student office with any queries etc, they can point you in the proper places with any queries regarding Uni and what's available in the locality.
