Is there a quick way to load photos to print them?

I have about 600 photos I am going to print via Boots.com. Now normally, I right click the photo, edit and then save - it reduces something and it loads a lot quicker.
is there an alternative way of doing this? I could be here until this time tomorrow if not!

Put them on a memory card and go to a boots/asda etc that does digital prints instead?0
