You need to have the photo uploaded somewhere and then you can link to it using the Insert Image button.
I don't think this forum allows uploading of photos which is why it needs to be hosted elsewhere.

You can host photos for free at http://imageshack.us For every picture you upload it will give you the code to copy/paste into a forum like this. Very useful.
