I use HFW magic dough recipe for making flat breads and I make up loads using all the dough, then, once cool, freeze them on cooling racks, and once frozen I put them in a tupperware (large one!!) in the freezer. I defrost them overnight wrapped in a tea towle so as to keep the moisture in.
They freeze really well, but they never last long in our house - can't stop eating them!0
