WebFusion: Taking Payments without permission

in Credit cards
Ok here's the situation in brief
I had purchased a server online for a agreed amount per year. I had not paid the server payment in several months, and therefore they cancelled the service of another server being used. The account needed to be verified in order for me to get ANYWHERE with the customer services team, therefore I added my current credit card and requested the account was set to INVOICE ONLY. The Terms and Conditions of the Server requires that no permission need to be gained, once the original permission of one payment is made to the company, it can be taken whenever due. The site which allows you to update your credit card details via the account control panel does not state it is covered by these terms and conditions, nor does the original login, or main server account page for which the Credit Card Details modification page is a branch.
It does however inform you that any due payments will be taken before you add your details, a point I asked to be confirmed before I added my details if the payment would be taken, from the customer servces advisor I was on bthe phone to. Later I find out my account has been debited, which was specifically against my instructions, I am informed that when entering your details your account preference is automatically changed from Invoice Only to Automatic without your permission and if you wish to have Invoice Only you need to specify it on the form you enter your details on, under the Notes section. This 'Notes' section does not exist, as proved by a screen dump I took of the website and its properties the second I was lied to.
My question is. Do I have a case against my server provider for taking payment without consent? If possible I would like the specific law if anyone knows it, I have attempted to look at Direct Debit Garuntee Scheme, Financial Services Act and USA Credit Card usage scheme which applies to English Cards as well.
Thank you for responces.
Regards
