Pixmania - Don't bother

£220 Item ordered last Monday, in stock, - delivery time 3 to 4 days. Delivery... Today (7 working days).

This isn't so bad I suppose, but SIX polite emails sent to customer services asking if there was a problem with delivery, or a delay, replies = 0.

I have ordered before with no problems, but in the case of a problem, I can't be doing with zero customer service.

Sorry for the rant, just annoyed!

    Probably better moved to the vent board if any mods are reading.

    At least once there it won't be alone. Pixmania has been complained about a few times. Even I had a couple of issues with them the only time I used them (quite a few years ago).

    I left a company feedback on Amazon for taking too long to deliver an "in stock" item.

    They then had the cheek to ask me to remove the feedback. I refused stating that 12 days to deliver an item (it was sent 48 hour post on day 10) was unacceptable in my opinion.

    I will not buy from Pixmania again, quote i got from an e-mail from scan computers ( Very god by the way, i got the delivery first thing on monday ordered late on a saturday.
    Sorry but we do not offer price matching with pixmania I'm afraid.

    This is because they source goods from outside the european area and import them to get them at a cheaper costs. This is known in the trade as "grey goods" and in most cases differences in the warranty occur.

    Which i do beleive as the items i ordered had a diffrent language on them, not english
