O'Gormans

Well, I am so impressed with this website. I researched a Dyson animal DC15, O'Gormans beat the price of every other site, so I ordered Sunday pm. Got a phone call Monday to check all my details, it arrived, well packed 9am Tuesday, house vacuumed by 10am Tuesday.

Outstanding service, price, customer service and delivery

Well pleased!

Seems like good service but just checked now and the prices don't seem to be the cheapest nor the delivery.

E.g. for DC15 247electricals seems a bit cheaper and they have free delivery.

Yes, you are right that site is cheaper, but am still very happy. Interestingly the Dyson site wanted £335, you would think the manufacturers might be the best bet!

Not necessarily in my experience (as a customer and from "behind the scenes"). There's probably a combination of contract restrictions with their distributors (not good for business if you undercut your own customers) and low volume:high overheads for essentially being a retailer as well, probably requires very high margins from costs.
