    I've been over there a few times, but there's a lot of knowledge to be sucked up ... and until now I've been obsessed with the housing market, as I STR'd last year I've kept on top of my knowledge and what's going on in all the markets just to check I hadn't made a mistake... with so much cash at stake I felt the need to keep a daily eye on all new developments, so it's been all-consuming.

    I will try to take out some time and start sniffing around DFW and learning more about the choices people have.
