Daxon promised a free pan set with an order. Nothing arrived, so I emailed them time and again. Never a reply. Eventually they sent my order. But with no pan set. Instead they sent a "voucher" for £10. Given they tell me that the pan set is worth 4 times as much I ask them for another £30 of vouchers. No reply. They even mis-spell my name. I have sent back the item. They claim they haven't received it. It goes on... My personal experience of their customer service has been totally apalling from start to end. I will NEVER EVER use these bunch of people again.
