Help please setting up f2s on live mail

Hi,
I'm trying to setup my dad's freedom2surf account on windows live mail, but it won't retrieve the mails, i have the incoming mail as inmail.f2s.com and the outgoing as outmail.f2s.com, i have his email address as his personal email, this does not include the f2s at all as it is his company name? Could this be the reason why it is not downloading the emails?
