Simple billing procedure supplier
Inaccurate billing is no good for the supplier and not the customer.
I want to run a simple account. I submit my readings via a website or the telephone, they then send me a bill through the post. (my printer has dried up). I then pay the bill from my bank account online. Before the end of the quarter they e mail me a standard reminder to read the meters at the end of the quarter.
No direct debits, no inaccurate readings. Simple.
Does any supplier offer this?
