I thought about putting undisclosed but then thought it would be nice to make a point about their interest rate

Was this by electronic transfer to your nominated bank account?

Yes, there is a question about why you want to transfer with a menu of possible answers which includes not disclosed and interest rate amongst others.

If id seen the interest rate bit i would have clicked that, i was so annoyed i just clicked undisclosed. When instant transfers come in (or should that be when) ill be transferring out.

:T All NR are wanting is feedback in the same way as often when a program is uninstalled off a PC the program maker likes to get feedback as to the reason for the uninstall.

TBH I think it's a good idea; it gives one the opportunity to let them know why you are not happy and if they learn from that it's a jolly good thing. :)

When I withdrew a matured Fixed rate bond from the Chelsea to put it in the Coop Fixed the lady behind the counter very diplomatically asked me if they had upset me or anything, I thought it was fair for her to ask and it made me feel as if they valued my business.:)

Does choosing 'not disclosed' get you reported to the anti-money laundering authorities?
Imprudent granting of credit is bound to prove just as ruinous to a bank as to any other merchant.

Interesting question. :T Some providers most notably Principality BS and Post Office from experience ask what the source of funds are when opening a savings account.
