Well I am fuming with this savings account, opened it a while back just put £100 in it.
Heard then it was Nigerian so changed my mind and transferred my money back, in doing so it said I had to close my account and wouldnt be able to view it again.
Money didnt appear in my bank so called and was told by and advisor it would be there today, suprise it wasnt.... called again today and was told by the advisor it hadnt gone through. Was it in pending?? she said when I authorised it, I told her I confirmed it and she kept on and on about pending. I told her it looked like any other internet account I had, and the advisor had told me it would be in my account today, then she comes out with the line the advisor can't actually see whats pending (have you ever heard the like) so i said whats the point in having them there if they cant see that. I also told her that the account said I couldnt go back into it so thats why i was calling, by now I am fuming, so she tells me I have to do the transaction again, and wait yet another 3 days. I asked for a manager and guess what, there wasn't one in the building, so a big thumbs down to this place.
