Legal aid question

Frith

My divorce came through in July last year.
I know want to discuss some contact matters with a solicitor and wonder what will happen about Legal Aid?
I know I need a new certificate but does anyone know how I pay Legal Aid? I am not employed at the moment.

If there was a certificate it would have been discharged by now. You only need to apply for a new legal aid certificate if there are court proceedings, otherwise you will be advised under the Legal Help, advice and assistance scheme.Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0
