i had a capital one card with a balance of £200 and to cut a long story short the balance went up to £450 in charges!!! anyway i paid them £200 which i spent and told them that im not paying £250 of charges...anyway that was 3 years agoooo and i neevr heard anything from them...today i received a letter sayin i owe them £199 even though i have moved house and didnt leave in contact information so how have they got my new address?? i havent had my mail forwarded to me so im really confused as to how they found me..and my council tax aint sorted yet so they couldnt find me by electral register.the comapny who write to me are called lowell portfolio...anyone got any ideas??
