So the guidelines have been out 5 years, and 10% of all the warning have been issued in the last couple of weeks. Says something for the increased powers.

I hope they keep that up.

As long as we keep encouraging people to feed complaints towards them, there is hope.

Wonder how long before some of the worse offenders

a) lose their licence
b) find chasing unenforceable debt unprofitable and down-size or go bust
c) have to reduce/halt their haressment and find their income stream reduced and ditto?
