Capital One - 21 working days for a transfer!!

I paid off my Capital One balance this month however my standing order also came out putting me £200 in the positive.

I phoned to ask how I can transfer it back to my bank and they say it takes 21 working days!!

I possibly know why they want to hold onto it but how can they justify it when a balance transfer happens with days??

Is there any other way I could get my money back quicker? Also is there anyone I could complain to.. I dont think 21 days is acceptable!

I was thinking of withdrawing from a cash machine but am unsure of any charges??

Sounds like a money making scheme to me (via interest) but would advise against cash point withdrawl just in case.
