Acer Tree - Wilting on the top

Ok just bought an Acer and havent planted it yet, but at the very top it's started to wilt a bit, is this normal for this time of year or is there something wrong?

It's been watered and fed aswell.

Thanks

It may have been in the wind, they tend not to like that very much.

Put it in a sheltered spot water and feed and it will likely recover.

Dont over water though, my experience is thay dont like that much either
