Paying off my CC? Changing cards

in Credit cards
Hello, my first post here, so please go easy on me.
I have an MBNA card with around £3, 500 on. I used this card mainly when I was on Maternity leave with our 1 year old son and have never got round to paying it off. Things escalated and here I am, £3, 500 in debt on a card that I can't use (up to limit).:o
I am paying off around £200-£300 a month, but paying about £70 in interest each month. I have missed a couple of payment (due to laziness, I admit) but have now got myself sorted with internet banking and can pay it off using the computer.
Anyone have any suggestions for a better solution or card I can change to with a good deal? Oh, and I have a phobia of talking on the phone, so if I could apply on line it would be great.
Thanks
