    I personally wouldn't bother.

They actually charge for calls during the weekend whereas TalkTalk/OneTel/Tele2 don't.

There are cheaper options available depending on usage:-

Call18866.co.uk only charge 2p per call to geographical numbers regardless of the call length.
JustDialSaver Lite* are offering free evening & weekend calls to geographical numbers with no monthly fee and capped prices (to a certain degree) on calls to mobiles.
Tele2* also are doing free evening & weekend calls to geographical numbers with no monthly fee until the end of this year.

    * you can use Call18866 during the daytime at only 2p per call and use either JustDialSaver or Tele2 in the evening & weekends.

Who are you with now and have you an idea of when most of your calls are generally made - daytime, evening and/or weekend?

If you don't use the phone a lot then it may not be worth moving at all.

Have you taken advantage of free caller display as discussed in little more detail here or BT's website here?

It depends oh how you use the phones you have.

As you say you have plenty of mobile minutes to use up, but if you are only using them up because they are available and you are doing so at home instead of using your landline, then you are spending too much on your mobile and should be thinking of reducing the package you are on or just dropping to a PAYG, you can then save £25+ on each mobile and use the landline to make calls.

As BBB_UK has mention Just Dial Saver Lite offer evening and weekend calls for no monthly fee, plus you get capped calls to mobiles. You could then add the use of Call 18866 for the 2p/calls when not free with JDS L.

If you are interested in the VoIP Route then https://www.voipbuster.com are offering free calls to landlines in the UK and many other countries, you just need to pay a €1 top-up, once you have done that you can make as many free calls as you want.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
