Central heating with pellet boilers

Dear members of the Community!

I am at the stage of making the project of my future house (2 stories) and a lot my friends recommed to add an extra heating module based on wood pellet boiler. The main module is supposed to work on gas.

Is it reasonable to make heating system both working on gas and pellets?

Never seen a wood heating module but a friend of mine has an Arger and the wood burning part is connected to the house heating loop. Not sure if its the hot water or central heating but i know its connected so its definately possible to do.
