Ehome Insurance?????

Does anyone here have Ehome Insurance?

Im trying to find out if they cover Hire Purchase Items but I cant find anything to do with this anywhere, ive contacted them but they haven't got back to me yet and ive just been on hold for 12 minutes with no answer.

They are an internet based company so you need to email them at customer services. They normally respond within a few hours. Check the contact us page on the website. I am currently having a wrangle with them over the premium they charged. Paid for insurance on line then received policy only to find that they added a £40 admin fee! Emailed them back, they said they would not refund the $40 because it was clearly indicated during the payment confirmation. I can't remember if this is true, I may have missed something when I set up the policy. Would be grateful if you could find out if the admin fee is clearly stated at payment confirmation if you decide to go ahead. Was happy with the quote and the cover, but the admin fee stinks of hidden charges.
