Has anyone had any dealings with the above company? On March 31st. I ordered a microwave pressure cooker from them. The order went through OK and they sent me an email confirming the transaction. As two week have gone by now, and the item hasn't been received I decided to give them a ring.

Nobody is answering the phone (which cuts off after a couple of minutes) and my email to them has gone unanswered. Their web-site looks OK and I cannot find any complaints about them on the web. So I was just wondering if anyone else has had good or bad experiences with them? Their registered address is Henfield Business Park Henfield Sussex BN5 9SL . Slips is the trading name of The Bull Group.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

    I have also discovered that they run another company that sells air-pistols.

    I have been ringing them for the last three days, with no answer and they have not replied to my email.

    Hmm, I just tried ringing them to see if maybe they were recognising your number and avoiding you as they know you have a complaint, but they didn't answer for me either. I would reccommend a recorded delivery letter giving them 7/14 days to respond to you before you take it up with consumer direct. Did you place the order with a credit card? If so it might be worth asking them to intervene, and even if you didn't, see if your bank can help, or at least make sure that your security checks are up to date if your details have gone into a site which does seem a little dodgy. I hope you manage to get this resolved - good luck!
