I sent a letter to Royal Bank of Scotland

They recently charged me £143 for going into unauthorised overdraft 4 times (£35, £35, £35, £38). There was also a maintenance charge (£10) and a paid referral charge (£30 pending).
So I sent a letter saying I do not believe these charges reflect the true cost of going into unauthorised overdraft, and asking for my money back. I've not had a reply yet.
Is it likely that I'll get my money back?
