im a fool.
cant keep paying out all these fines.
...then stop being a fool?
I can sympathise with the first one and don't think you should end up paying it, but the second one's just silly, so I'd pay up and say no more about it.
For what it's worth though, more than two months to issue the ticket does seem to give you a good shot at some loophole..0 -
That's a fine issued by camera enforcement and they've got you bang to rights I'm afraid - pay it at the discount to avoid it increasing. Guess you're lucky it wasn't the police - you would have received points too if it was!
To appeal against the first PCN, wait for a notice of rejection from the LA - it should come with everything you need to appeal.:beer:don't let the sig fool youWe don't encourage drinking and driving0 -
how do i opt for that?
also.... i got another one today... for parking on jagged lines!
How can i apleal this? i was only out of the car for 2 mins.
Surely that min it has to be is 5 mins?
You can't You cannot park on zig-zags at all ever. Not even for 30 seconds. Not even for a single second.
You have nothing to appeal. And BTW, you've actually committed an endorsable offence so you'll be getting 3 points on your licence.0 -

parmun, I was full of sympathy for you regarding your first ticket. By the time I had gone through the whol thread, I could not believe that you had parked on Zig Zags, especially with the first mishap still hanging over you. I would have thought that you would have been extra extra careful. As others have said, pay up and think next time.
By the way....Good Luck with the appeal. To Dare is To Do:beer:0 -
400 miles a day is quite easy to be honest...!0

WOOO HOO0 -

1.8 million miles in 19 years is 296 miles per day, not 400.:beer:0
