    Gather together as much info as you can to take with you, even if initially it doesn't seem relevant or important.

    So Sorry to hear about your loss good luck with the CAB, i was thinking is there a solicitor involved because i would just give everything to them and they will sort it out for you x
  • Hello all,


    Just a quick update, the people at the CAB were great, they have helped me word a letter to send off so that will be done this weekend, but off there own back Natwest bless them have today written off My Wifes Overdraft and personel Loan, all in all that adds up to about £1400,

    would just like to reiterate what suzy su has said if you feel you can keep posting there are many people on here that will be able to offer support or even a listening ear there is a thread on here for stormybay and friends you will find those people in particular will know what you are going through and be able to offer practical advice as well as knowing where to get support ....welcome and hugs you've came to the right place

    So sorry to hear of your loss and I'm glad that the CAB are helping you.I would assume most of the cards will write the debt off.
