Savings Accounts with regular withdrawals

Anyone have any thoughts on what savings accounts are best for someone with up to £100k to save, but regularly dips and out of this amount, e.g taking out £5k to £50k in a random month, then adding same back in few months later? Lots of good rates seem to apply only if you keep money in for whole period, which i wont be able to do, as I regularly (ie about 4 times a year) need access to the money in event of cash flow problem with my business. Thank you.

one of the best from the high street banks is halifax web saver with a card.....its online but you can transfer the money in and out and take out money with your card....no penalties for withdrawals which is the main thing!
branch savings tend to be more restrictive and pay awful rates
