I would have thought they can write whatever T&C's they like but as far as I was aware their web page is an 'Invitation to treat' i.e. they are offering for sale but they don't have to sell it to you at that price. However, once they have taken payment for it I thought the law interpreted that as having entered into a contract.

Have they actually taken money from accounts or have they just reserved money from credit cards?

For instance their T&C could say that there is no right to cancel once you have ordered but distance selling laws say you have 7 days to return the goods without having to give a reason. The law would override the T&C's.

But...we all know it's a pricing mistake and were taking a bit of a gamble it might be delivered.
