Nat West £50 if you introduce a friend - anyone had £50

I was introduced to Nat West by a friend as part of their "Introduce a friend and you'll both receive £50". The money was due to be paid into both accounts once my first monthly salary had been paid into my account. The account was opened in June so July and August salary has been paid in but as yet no £50. Anyone else had problems. Nat West Head Office say it is up to branch to sort out but they are waiting advice from HO. Anyone had their money yet?

I referred a friend to Natwest Primeline - it was the deal where both parties get £50 each and there was also £100 of Debenhams vouchers for the first 50 and somewhat amazingly I got the vouchers too (I never usually come up trumps with these things)! Natwest were a bit slower than they said they would be in crediting the £50s and I was about to enquire/complain when the vouchers popped through the door - so I was glad I didn't! Anyway, I think it took just over 2 months in all for the £50s to arrive in our respective accounts, so you might like to give it a few more weeks and then enquire.

OK thanks for giving me some hope that we will eventually get the £50. I'll give it a bit longer.
