I bought a jacuzzi shower cubical from an online bathroom shop last October. After 3 months the rollers at the top of the sliding door sheared off and the door fell on me whilst I was in the shower. I contacted Jaccuzzi who immediately sent out an engineer to inspect the door. It turned out that my plumber had installed the door upside down causing the problem as the wrong rollers were then taking all the weight of the door. Despite this, Jaccuzzi were very sympathetic and helpful and immediately sent me out a new set of rollers free of charge. A big thank you to all at Jaccuzzi
