So as I read that, he actually would omit the income from gambling from his application. So is it now fraud to claim that your income is less than it is by not declaring money from gambling?
Even if he actually meant "no I wouldn't claim that the income is from Gambling", you still have some work to do to establish that it is fraud - eg if on the application form the source is not actually declared or declared as 'other'Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
