Sorry - the answer was only as ambiguous as the question.
I'm not an expert on this stuff - would just like to see my webcam from a remote location. Streaming to me means like TV - uninterrupted, which would be nice, but I would settle for an update every x seconds.

Ok there are quite a lot of ways I mean you can have yer own site and host it that way, as Ive got a creative cam with the option to upload to a server, in the creative cam software wot cam you got?

Dont worry it is a little confusing, try a "google" search something like, how to host a webcam, you might find some more help

You will never get it to work on free webhosting due to the bandwidth limitations of most free hosts.
