Hi
I cant find the thread that someone put about getting help with Water Rates if you have a disability or 3 or more children under 19, but i wish to Thank them Immensely, after having a phone call with united utilites i am guaranteed to be accepted due to my circumstances, but never knew anything about this until reading on here, i have learnt so much from all you guys and girls on here and cant thank you all enough.
