Opened Icesave 6.76% fixed, now 6.86%... anything I can do?

I opened a fixed rate 6 month term account at icesave on 6/4/08 at 6.76% interest rate. I have just noticed that this went up to 6.86% on 12/4/08 (it was actually first announced on this board on 9/4/08, well done an usual). I currently have a zero balance since money will not be direct debited from my linked account until…

Thank you for the feedback. I guess it goes to show that companies don't get it right all of the time, but it doesn't mean they are bad. I have read other good accounts of their customer service, so I'll certainly give them the benefit of the doubt and not write them off. Thanks everyone.
