Morning everyone, just sneaking in while I get some addresses for ebay posting etc and do online banking. ((big hugs)) for nicki's DD, thankfully my son seems better today...

Right off for a quick read of the forum while I consume toast and coffee (forgot brekkie) then back to the assignment.
One day I might be more organised...........

I've just got my box of goodies from ebay :D:j:j Loads of new stuff for me - my wardrobe has just doubled in size :rotfl::rotfl: Couple of things that aren't me so I'll put them back on ebay at some point. ;)

DD is feeling much better I would say as she's currently dancing and wiggling her bum, if we could just shift this temperature, cough and sneezing bullets she'd be in school

Off to kick DD's bottom up the stairs to get dressed so I can go to the post office with ebay stuff, then I'll take her down to Asda to get some fresh air in her and buy some Asda calpol ;) Will let her take the end of her birthday money as well so she can have a look, that should encourage some good behaviour ;):rotfl:

    The cast is off!!!
    It's off!!
    It's off!!
    It's off!!
I am sooooo happy....can you tell? :rotfl: . I insisted on gas and air for the pins coming out but it was ok really. The best thing is i've got really good movement in my wrist. The only bit that hurts is the base of my thumb which is the bit they said wasn't broken. That's very sore but I guess it's not moved for 6 weeks so hopefully it will improve quickly. I don't even need physio because the doctor said i'd be able to do it myself. I have to go back in two weeks if I'm not happy!

    Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

    Mudbath!!!!

    :j :j :j

How fabulous!!!!! Just take it easy with it for the next few days because it'll be quite weak. Was your arm all scaley underneath the cast? I've had plasters on both my arms and it was all scaley and yucky but I felt funny about touching it, still can't wear my watch on the last broken wrist as it makes me feel funny thinking about it.

Tracy - it was really scaley and looked awful. Wherever I sat I left piles of skin even without touching it...gross. It's now looking totally normal as i've exfoliated and massaged it with oil about a dozen times. No pain at all apart from my thumb. I would do your hhc but you told me to take it easy !! xx
