What sort of MPEG 1 or 2 MPEG 4 .
Are they actual MPEG films on your PC or are they on a DVD .
Standard way would be to use something to recode them like Nero make Video DVD .
If a single AVI file then they can just be put on a DVD via Nero make data dvd .
Have a look at this tool

I too use Cucusoft and would recommend it too.
This will convert AVI as well as Mpeg files to dvd or vcd.
Not sure if this is still the best one around as i have been using it for over a year now and never any problems for me.It has an inbuilt burning software too so just the one process to convert and burn but can take a while depending on pc speed etc.:hello: Lets all save a £ or two, lets all earn a £ or two, and lets all enjoy spending that £ or two wisely.

Can you download Nero free from somewhere?
I tried the Cucosoft and although it worked, the free version has a large watermark embedded in it:mad:0 -
Nero 8 Trial
Don't install the ASK Toolbar and de-select ALL of the options to make it the default player.
Once installed, you can go in via StartSmart to Create and Edit.... or go direct to NeroVision Express 5.0 -
I find DVDFlick works pretty well: http://www.dvdflick.net/
It's also completely free with no restrictions.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0 -
ConvertXtoDVD is the best but not free. AVI2DVD and DVDFlick are also good and free options.Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????0

I was looking yesterday for a program to use to burn a DVD from an AVI file - Nero wouldn't read it. I found DVDFlick recommended on another forum, downloaded it, and was very pleased with the result.0
