Just noticed Goldfish have withdrawn reward scheme. Anyone know if you can claim outstanding points balance? I have quite a lot and will not be happy if I can't. I will have to find another card anyway as this was the only reason I was with them.

I bet this is Barclays influence!
But sorry, I do not know the answer... am curous myself as I have a recently aquired Goldfish and is as yet unused.
I got it just in time via quidco and will prooably cancel it if there's no benefit to it whatsoever (low interest is irrelevant as I pay off balances every month).Best Regards,

Hi,
Received a letter this morning about transfer to Barclaycard but didn't read anything about the points. Just cashed all the points I could so only have 344 remaining but I do have some more on the present statement. I will be looking for another card that has some sort of rewards, anybody suggest some good ones?2013

Are you sure they have scrapped the points scheme? I received a letter from them stating they had been bought by Barclaycard, but nothing regarding the points scheme. It is certainly still on their website as I just ordered some vouchers.0

info is on the web re. reward scheme is no longer in place. Also the goldfish webpage re. rewards is no longer available.0

I had a Morgan Stanley Credit Card with Cashback that was taken over by Goldfish. The Cashback continued at the same rate. I have recently received a letter from Goldfish, stating that the card is now operated by Barclays but no mention of the Cashback. I have checked my account online and the cashback seems to be continuing. To Dare is To Do:beer:0

No mention on the GF website about the points system - used to be a full bit about earning points, etc. Also nothing in the T&C's referring to the Goldfish Rewards programme. Looks like it's finally been scrapped. Pity as it was one of the top programmes when it was launched.0 -
I can see no point in keeping this card if the points are scrapped as I can't imagine Barclays launching something similar to replace them there points.Best Regards,

I too have a Goldfish card and have been saving my points. I have just had a look at the web site to see where I can redeem them and have found that a £10 voucher now costs 1750 points. When did this change? Did they notify customers; my points are all of a sudden worth a lot less!! I thought a £10 voucher costs 1500 points. I remember the days when £10 cost you 1000 points.0
