Tax Enquiry Insurance

I am self employed and a Limited Company. I work in the Oil & Gas Industry and am the only employee in my company. I am told I need Tax Enquiry Insurance. Apparently there was something on Watchdog (I missed it) saying it was just another Insurance rip off. Can anyone advise please - I have taken it out with an Insurance company but I'm not really sure what it is. Thanks

It covers you against any accountants costs you could have to pay should you be subjected to an enquiry by the revenue + customs. (And need your accountant to help you through it).0
