In the T&C's, or have you been told verbally?

Never has been for me, although I've only ever transferred from Egg Money to Egg Savings...never from Egg Money to Egg ISA. :D

If it's the EM to Egg ISA that's the issue, simply ask them to move it all to ES and then transfer your ISA money from there.

Agree (as always!) with Yorkshire Boy (also don't know about the ISA) - you can send a secure message to Egg to transfer to Egg Savings. You can do this automatically from Egg Savings to Egg Money, but have to do it via secure message for Egg Money to Egg Savings.

Did it on Friday! No problems. Just check Yorkshire Boy's posts for how to do the reverse (Savings to Money), and watch Egg - we are having some problems with timing at the moment. So keep an eye on them and if nothing is showing in the Savings account in 5 days or so, then send another secure message.

Thanks for that.I sent a secure message requesting transfers to both ISA and savings and was told in reply that I could only transfer to savings not ISA.So.....I'll transfer all to savings. That does leave me with the problem of transferring ISA allowance from savings to ISA which egg will not allow.Does this mean I have to transfer to bank account then transfer back to Egg ISA account? What a faff!!

You haven't read the T&C's, FAQ, or played around in your secure area have you? ;)

    Select Egg ISA
    Click 'make a deposit'
In the 'from' box, select Egg Savings
In the 'to' box select Egg ISA

    Job done. :D
