SKY plus recording problem

Having taped one episode of SOPRANOS with my sky plus, I press select to view and nothing happens? It says the episode is recorded but can't view? HELP

Your HDD might be on its way out. Try turning the box off at the mains and back on again. If that doesn't work, press "Services" "4" "0" "1" "Select" which will take you to a service menu. Select "Rebuild Planner". Beware though that this may lose the recording.0

My box is one month old, I pressed "services" and then 4 but after that there are options for 1-9 and not 0???
which one do I need to chose?0 -
I believe 0 is a hidden menu, if my memory serves me correctly.
Press 0 on the remote number keypad to access it.0
