Hi all,
I have asked this question on another thread and was advised to ask here.
When i click in a thread to look at a holiday link i get the meassage above.
I never used to have this problem but have changed my ISP from Orange to AOL ( I know:mad: but am stuck now), could this be the cause of my problems and if so how can i fix it.
I am not PC clever so be gentle with me
Regards
Steve

Can you post the link here?0

The link is probably broken try typing the address in .
It could even be a page that is no longer available .
That's assuming it one link .
If so go to the main page eg https://www.olidays .com and navigate to the relevant page .

a bit off topic but although AOL might not be the fastest, ive been with them for over 5 years, and i have NEVER been disconnected that i recall, that's pretty impressive! :cool:0

Hi all,
I cannot just type in link as recomended above. It is just the word "LINK" in blue text. I have tried some links on the same thread and some work and some dont. Even tried links form the same Poster to c if that he/she was the problem but no the same results. Some work some dont.
I wondered if i had to turn on/off some settings?
I am p....ed off as i feel i am missing deals
Thanks for reading.
Cheers

just because the word link is in blue text, it doesn't make it a link, even if it is a link it may be a dead link. Right click on the link and click copy link, or whatever is says in ie (i'm a firefox user), then paste into the address bar and see if you can make sense of it, or post here and we'll have a look.
BTW The only link in this post which should do anything is the 'dead link' link, practice on that and you should be able to paste a wiki url to your address bar
