Just had a call from parents asking if I could pop round at look at their computer, it seems as AOL was updating yesterday they switched if off by mistake, and now they can't connect to the internet, it goes so far then stops.
Any ideas where to start with this, they seem to think because I've used a computer for longer than them that I know what to do lol..... and I have little or no idea on techie stuff
