I'd go for the dig out the old concrete and then use the 2nd oneEx forum ambassador

ideally you need to take out the old wooden post and replace with the correct concrete ones.
otherwise you will have the same problem in a few yrs time.
or use the quicker spike method.Get some gorm.0 -

Replace with timber post. Can you/ will you be able to slot the panel into a concrete post once its in?;) Unless it's end of run.
Have helped this week replacing 5 post and 4 panels! Concrete posts from Builder Centre (I didn't buy the gear) About £8 plus vat.Panels £18.
Timber post form Wickes Just under £10.(8') Stand the timber in preservative for a couple of days.Might last a bit longer.
A spike is no good as you will dig away most of it's support getting out the old concrete.Back fill is not compact enough IMO.
